Lesson Plan 6 March 2013
For any learning enquiries, please contact our Kaiako, Courtney, direct on : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any other organisational queries can be directed to Hinerangi: email@example.com
Thanks for being patient as we sort this out: space on campus is at a premium, particularly for groups of up to 100, centrally located.
For anyone interested in studying te reo, have a look on our website for a list of language providers. We highly recommend Te Wānanaga o Aotearoa in Macandrew Road: Courtney is one of the awesome kaiako there, and it is perfect for second language learning (we can attest to that).
Ngā mihi maioha (Warm regards)

Cafe Reo 2013 First session: UPDATE!!
The FIRST Cafe Reo session will now be held at the College of Education Auditorium. [NOT the Centre for Innovation as previously advised].
When: Wednesday 6 March, 12 noon - 1pm
Bring: The first lesson outline will be emailed to you
News update: Due to a fantastic response, after this week, we will be mixing it up a bit, and running several classes simultaneously. This means the sessions will be kept to a smaller group where learning can be individually focused.
Please think about whether you can come to a 12-1pm or a 1-2pm session every second Wednesday, as we will be asking you to select one of those options.
More details on Wednesday, along with an introduction to te reo Māori. You will leave having learned some greetings and farewells, and a karakia (prayer to open and close a meeting) and a waiata (song).
CONVERSATIONAL MĀORI: Those who opted for the conversational group should also come at 12pm, but if you can't, we will contact you separately. The time for this group meeting may have to be changed from 1- 2pm on Wednesdays.... we will get back to you as soon as we can on this.
